Description
Join fellow conservation leaders to deepen your leadership practice skills, learn new approaches, share perspectives and build your network.
Over the course of the three-day session, you will:
- identify your leadership strengths
- learn how to build on your strengths in a group setting
- develop your leadership presence
- practice how to lean into difficult conversations
- help shape the group’s open space sessions to discuss burning issues
- connect with the current class of the Executive Leadership Program
- integrate your learning and create an action plan
