Employee Performance

The purpose of a performance review is to give you and your supervisor a chance to reflect on the last year, give and get feedback, and develop a plan of action for continued improvement. The review process is meant to be a key component of your long-term learning and growth as an employee, as well as a chance for your organization to enhance its work.
