The ICL National ED training is an extremely comprehensive training for all of the issues that EDs will face in managing their organization.  I now have the tools needed to take my organization to the next level.  The interaction with EDs from around the country and in various fields was truly rewarding.  Carrie Hakenkamp, Executive Director of WasteCap Nebraska
