The best of advice for the worst of situations ... if you have to close down, Scott Denman can tell you how to do it well.

The Mission of ICL

The Institute for Conservation Leadership strengthens leaders, organizations, and coalitions or networks that protect and conserve the Earth.  ICL uses the tools of consulting, training, coaching, meeting facilitation and research to help groups more effectively accomplish their missions.

With eight staff in our Takoma Park, Maryland and Bozeman, Montana offices, as well as a national network of consultants across the country, ICL serves a wide variety of local, state, regional, and national conservation and environmental organizations across North America.   ICL programs have evolved from primarily training workshops to a full range of responsive consulting and public programs that blend multiple learning opportunities and processes to help leaders and groups implement change.

Across America and the World.
The Institute Casts a Wide Net
The Institute's programs, training and facilitation have helped over 1,000 organizations within the U.S. and abroad.
